| Before venturing out to co-found INTRUST GLOBAL, Anand was the Head of Operations of Venture Infotek Global, a niche company engaged in financial transaction management with shared infrastructure and services. At the upper end of the outsourcing spectrum, Anand oversaw a phase of profitable growth for this company, catering to complex needs of scores of external customers in banking and retail industry.
In a career spanning over 25 years, Anand has worked in diverse capacities. He has made a mark with his expertise in Financial Services, Corporate Affairs, Business and Knowledge Process Outsourcing, with his excellent team management skills and ability to forge long-term relationships. Earlier in his career, Anand headed corporate finance, legal and administration functions at KCI.
Anand has invaluable experience in establishing, scaling and optimizing large shared services operation with over-riding focus on customer centricity and employee satisfaction both in India and overseas on global projects.
