• Study and analysis of technology to determine patentability through literature searches (Prior Art Searches, Validation and Invalidation searches)
• Business analysis in technology segments
• Drafting a complete patent application for an invention disclosure in accordance with a patent office (USPTO/EPO) guidelines
• Tracking filed patent applications
• Portfolio Analysis
• Infringement/overlap Analysis
• Identifying Licensing Opportunities
• Assessment of commercial potential of technologies vis--vis existing technologies and market players

Education: B.Tech, M.Tech (Computer Sc./IT/EEE/ECE/E&TC/ Metallurgy/Mechanical/Food Technology/Chemical)

• Self-confidence, integrity, willingness to learn, resourcefulness as well as a proactive and independent approach
• The professional must have sound academic credentials and should demonstrate leadership potential.

• Drafting of various contracts (preferably international contracts or contracts dealing with MNC)
• Know-how of international search engines such as Westlaw and Lexis/Nexis
• Extensive research on US based laws
